The role of the Board of Directors of an SME has grown in society and thus also in the development of society. One of the current focus areas of the state administration and the private sector is the promotion of entrepreneurship, the development of SMEs’ operations, and supporting growth. This creates opportunities for creating new jobs and preserving old jobs. In this work, the Board of Directors of an SME has a major strategic role, especially its Chair of the Board.
The SME Chair of Board Course deals with board leadership and group dynamics. The Chair of the Board should act similarly to an orchestra conductor or pilot.
