The Finnish-Latvian Business Association invites you to a morning session with its new member SIA BRIGGS and Mr. Kimmo Korpilahti. The theme of the event is corporate presentation and how to hire Latvian workers to Finland.
In recruiting personnel, the common challenges used to be to know what kind of personnel the company would find, who are the workers, how all legal responsibilities, such as taxation, occupational medical health etc. are taken care of, which kind of company there is behind the posted workers. During these extraordinary times, there are even more question marks in hiring personnel. For example, the living conditions of workers and COVID-testing.
